高收缩腈纶生产工艺探讨

摘要(Abstract):

为了提高高收缩腈纶的产量和质量,满足市场需求,提高公司的市场竞争力,我公司于2002年进行了高收缩腈纶生产线的更新改造。试纺表明:热拉伸倍数1.15~1.50,拉伸车速50~80m/min,蒸汽温度100℃,卷曲主压0.4MPa,喂入导丝架调整适当时,生产的高收缩腈纶可达到优等品质量要求。
To improve production and quality of high-shrinkage PAN fiber, meet market needs and increase market competition power, the high-shrinkage PAN fiber line was rehabilitated in 2002. The experiment showed that the better quality of high-shrinkage PAN fiber production could be obtained with heat draw ratio 1.15-1.50, the speed of 50-80 m/min, steam temperature 100℃, crimping primary pressure 0.4 MPa and appropriately adjusting tow feeding frame.
