摘要(Abstract):
以自制的含双官能团的DCF-5为共聚型含磷阻燃剂,在自制助催化剂及防滴落剂的作用下合成无卤高阻燃共聚酯。磷含量、阻燃性能及环保性能测试结果表明:该产品磷含量超过1.7%,极限氧指数高达56%,阻燃等级完全达到V-0级,并通过了SGS公司卤素及RoHS测试。此外,重点阐述了该阻燃聚酯产品在下游各领域实际应用中取得的重大突破和技术优势。
The non-halogen high flame retardant copolyester with self-made DCF-5 as the bifunctional phosphorus flame retardant,self-made catalyst and anti-dropping agent was prepared.The test result showed that the content of phosphorus in the product over 1.7 %,the limiting oxygen index 56 %,the flame retardant level V-0,it passed the RoHS test and the halogen test from SGS Co.The important breakthough and technical advantage of the series products of non-halogen high flame retardant copolyester in the application of downstream fields were discussed.
