低温多效蒸发组合蒸汽喷射热压缩系统用于NMMO回收Application of Low Temperature Multi-Effect and Thermal Vapor Recompression System in Recovery of NMMO

摘要(Abstract):
研究了影响N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)水溶液稳定性的因素,通过调节pH值和添加稳定剂来增加NMMO水溶液的稳定性,解决了NMMO蒸发过程中物料的分解问题。确定了采用低温三效蒸发组合蒸汽喷射式热压缩系统流程,用于千吨级Lyocell生产线上,蒸发效率可以达到0.32 t蒸汽/t水,取得了显著的节能效果。
The factors affecting the stability of NMMO aqueous solution are studied.The stability of NMMO aqueous solution is improved by adjusting the pH value and adding a stabilizer.The material decomposition problem during NMMO evaporation process is also solved.The NMMO low temperature three-effect combination of thermal vapor recompression(TVR) process is used in kiloton production line of Lyocell.The evaporation efficiency can reach 0.32 tons of steam/tons of water,energy-saving is obtained.
