Production Process of 83dtex/72f Triangular Bright PET Fiber Produced by Twins Spinneret Assembly

摘要(Abstract):

采用"双胞胎"纺丝组件生产的83 dtex/72 f三角有光涤纶FDY具有单丝纤度小、三角异形和24头纺的三个特征,其生产效率和品质受到一定的局限,存在毛丝较多、满卷率不高、染色性不理想等问题。讨论了改进冷却装置、调整纺丝温度、增加保温装置和调整油嘴高度等措施对改善生产和品质的影响。结果表明,改进冷却方式为外环吹,纺丝温度293℃,环吹风压38 Pa,集束点位置700 mm,增加保温装置,生产时断丝大幅减少,毛丝降等明显降低,染色均匀率得到有效改善。
Because of the small monofilament size, triangular cross section and 24-head spinning positions of 83 dtex/72 f triangular bright polyester FDY produced by twin spinneret assembly, its production efficiency and quality are limited to a certain extent, and there are many problems, such as more fuzz, low full lap rate and poor dyeing property. The effect of improving the cooling device, adjusting the spinning temperature, increasing the heat-insulating device, adjusting the height of the oil nozzle on the improvement of the production and the quality is discussed. The results show that when cooling method is the outer ring blowing, the spinning temperature is 293 ℃, the wind pressure is 38 Pa, the location of the cluster point is 700 mm,the insulation device is added, the broken filament is greatly reduced in the production, the fuzz is obviously reduced, and the dyeing uniformity rate is effectively improved.
