国产高强高模芳纶Ⅲ纤维的拉伸性能测定

摘要(Abstract):

对11批次国产高强高模芳纶Ⅲ纤维进行了拉伸性能检测,结果表明:9批次的芳纶单束纱拉伸强度在4.78~5.32 GPa之间,拉伸弹性模量在123.71~129.26 GPa之间,断裂延伸率在3.87%~4.20%之间,离散系数均小于5%;2批次的合股束纱拉伸强度在4.96~5.02 GPa之间,拉伸弹性模量在106.7~107.7 GPa之间,断裂延伸率为4.60%,离散系数均小于5%,证明国产芳纶Ⅲ纤维已经具备了较好的力学性能。
Tensile property of 11 batches of domestic high strength and high modulus aramid fiberⅢ weretested, experimental results showde that 9 batches of aramid single yarn fibers' tensile strength data were be-tween 4.78 and 5.32 GPa, the apparent tensile elastic modulus data were between 123.71 and 129.26 GPa,the fracture elongation data were between 3.87% and 4.20%, the coefficients of dispersion were less than5%. The tensile strength data of 2 batches of plied yarn were between 4.96 and 5.02 GPa, the apparent ten-sile elastic modulus data were between 106.7 and 107.7 GPa, the fracture elongation data were 4.60%, thecoefficients of dispersion were less than 5%. It is proved that the domestic aramid fiber has good mechani-cal and physical properties.
