大孔吸附树脂对Lyocell纤维溶剂浓缩液脱色的研究Decolorization of Lyocell Fiber Solvent Concentrate by Macroporous Adsorption Resins

摘要(Abstract):
采用大孔吸附树脂对Lyocell纤维溶剂浓缩液进行脱色处理,利用单因素考察和正交试验设计方法,对脱色条件进行工艺优化,选择最优组合。以浓缩液脱色率为考察指标,筛选出的最佳大孔吸附树脂为LX-T19,试验结果表明的最优组合为:树脂质量浓度15 g/L,吸附温度50℃,浓缩液p H值11.0,此时浓缩液脱色率达81.05%。进一步进行动态吸附流速优化,选择的最佳流速为2 BV/h。
Macroporous adsorption resin was used to decolorize Lyocell fiber solvent concentrate. The decolorization conditions were optimized by single factor investigation and orthogonal experimental design. Taking the decolorization rate of solvent concentrate as the index, the macroporous adsorption resin LX-T19 was selected as the best. The experimental results showed that the optimal decolorization conditions were as follows: the dosage of resin was 15 g/L, the adsorption temperature was 50 ℃, the pH of solvent concentrate was 11.0, and the decolorization rate of solvent concentrate was 81.05%. Further dynamic adsorption optimization showed that the optimal flow rate was 2 BV/h.
