聚丙烯腈纤维的凝胶纺丝

摘要(Abstract):

简要介绍了用凝胶纺丝法制取高强高模聚丙烯腈纤维的原理、生产工艺及产品应用。以Mw>5×10~5的丙烯腈均聚物或共聚物为原料,用2~15%的稀溶液进行凝胶纺丝,并对初生的干凝胶纤维进行20倍左右的超级拉伸,便可制得具有能与芳族聚酰胺纤维相比的高强高模聚丙烯腈纤维。该纤维与其它各类高性能纤维一样在产业和高科技领域有广泛的用途,特别适于用作石棉代用品和优质碳纤维原丝。
The priniciple,spinning technology and product's applications of high tenacity and high modulas poly-acrylic fiber prepared by gel spinning is described briefly.The fiber.its tenacity and modulus can be compared with aramid fiber,is obtained by using high molecular weight polyacrylic as raw material,dissolving it to a dilute solution and spinning the solution in to a gel fiber,then drawing the gel fiber about 20 times.Like other kinds of high performance fibers,the fiber has extensive applications in the fields of industry and high technology,especially as substituent of asbestos and precursor fiber of carbon fiber of quality.
