流态化技术在聚丙烯腈基原丝预氧化中的应用探讨

摘要(Abstract):

分析了聚丙烯腈(PAN)基原丝预氧化的现状,针对预氧化过程时间长、效率低等问题,引进流态化技术,研究开发了新的流态化预氧化炉。探讨了流态化预氧化的特点,通过对比多组试验数据,分析流态化预氧化的可行性。数据说明新设备在保证预氧化质量前提下,能缩短预氧化时间。
The paper analyses the status of PAN fiber preoxidation. In preoxidation process there are many critical problems, such as long time, low efficiency etc. In order to solve these problems, the fluidization technique is used to research new furnace. It discusses the characters of fluidization preoxidation, and study the feasibility of fluidization preoxidation by several groups data. The datas show the new furnace can shorten proxidation time with maintaining fiber quality.
