摘要(Abstract)：

从工艺、设备等方面探讨了影响涤纶预取向丝(POY)的底层丝质量的诸多因素,同时论述了通过调整工艺参数,定期检测设备,改善生产辅料质量,可有效改善POY底层丝质量,满足后加工使用要求。
Discussion is made on factors affecting POY bottom yarn quality from the technology, equipment, etc. The quality of POY bottom yarn is improved and met the post-processing requirements by process parameters adjusting, regular equipment testing and accessories quality ameliorating.
