摘要(Abstract):
为了减少涤纶预取向丝(POY)纸管的生产成本和降低能耗,对其生产工艺进行了探讨。结果表明:采用羊皮纸接纸方式,控制羊皮纸受力范围在9.8~19.6 N,可使管体表面光洁平整;采用内径16 mm的无缝钢管作为穿纸组件,可有效防止纸管生产时的断纸发生;精切毛长与所需型号长度的偏差控制在0.3~0.4 mm,开槽刀具厚度0.8~1.2 mm,可生产出质量合格的涤纶POY纸管。
In order to reduce the production cost and energy consumption of paper tube for polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY), the production process of the paper tube was discussed. The results show that the use of parchment paper splicing method to control the force range of the parchment paper in the range of 9.8~19.6 N can make the surface of the tube body smooth, the use of seamless steel tube with an inner diameter of 16 mm as the paper-piercing component can effectively prevent the paper break occurs, the deviation of the fine cut length and the length of the required model is controlled within 0.3~0.4 mm, and the thickness of the slotting tool is 0.8~1.2 mm, which can produce qualified polyester POY paper tubes.
