摘要(Abstract)：
主要介绍大连合成纤维研究所研制的16头纺丝设备及日本TMT公司16头全拉伸丝(FDY)卷绕机成功嫁接投产的情况。111dtex/72f FDY主要生产工艺条件:纺丝温度289~293℃,组件压力14~16MPa,上油率0.65%,纺丝速度4320m/min。
The 16 ends spinning equipment and take-up machine were supplied by Dalian Synthetic Fiber Research Institute China and TMT Co.Japan respectively. The process parameters were spinning temperature 289~293℃, spinpack pressure 14~16MPa, ratio of spin finish 0.65%, spinning speed 4320m/min.
