摘要(Abstract)：
从工艺、设备方面探讨了影响POY底层丝的诸多因素。适当增加初始卷绕角,降低切换升速,定期检测调整平行度、接触压力,自检纸管质量,可以有效改善POY退绕性能。
The factors affecting the quality of PET-POY inner yarn were discussed from the aspects of process technology and equipments. The unwinding performance of PET POY could be improved effectively by increasing initial helix angle, decreasing speed-up rate reasonably, check and adjust parallel periodically,contact pressure, and self-check tube quality.
