降低S+Z双丝道加弹机复合丝僵丝具体措施探讨

摘要(Abstract):

在S+Z双丝道高速加弹机上生产拉伸变形丝(DTY)时,有时会出现复合丝逃出第一罗拉皮圈产生僵丝的问题。根据生产状况设计出一款符合S+Z双丝道加弹机的移丝装置,缩短了移丝装置凸轮的动程长度,减小了复合丝在皮圈上的移动幅度,从而降低了复合丝逃出皮圈产生僵丝的问题。
When DTY is produced on S + Z double channel texturing machine, sometimes the problem of composite filament escaping from the first roller apron and producing stiff yarn occurs. According to the production situation, a new type of moving yarn device is designed, which is in line with S + Z double channel texturing machine. It can shorten the moving length of the cam of the moving yarn device and reduce the moving range of the composite filament on the apron. The structure is simple, the cost is low, and the maintenance is very convenient. It can effectively solve the problem of the filament escaping from the apron.Thus, the problem that the composite filament escapes from the apron and causes stiff yarn is reduced.
