摘要(Abstract):

通过乙交酯的开环聚合合成了聚乙交酯(PGA),然后经熔融纺丝,得到聚乙交酯纤维。研究了聚乙交酯的热性能、流变性能以及聚乙交酯纤维的生物降解性能,经实验证明:PGA流体属于典型的非牛顿型假塑性流体,可纺性较好;制得的纤维强度可满足医用缝合线要求;具有较好的可降解性。
Polyglycolide(PGA) was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of glycolide(GA),then PGA fibers were obtained by melt spinning.The properties of PGA was studied in detail,such as biodegradabi lity,rheology and thermal property.The results showed that PGA fluid was non-Newtonian fluid and had good spinnability.The tenacity of PGA fiber met the requirements of medical application.The fiber had good biodegradability.
