碳纤维原丝生产中高压蒸汽拉伸机保压方法的构想
A Pressure-keeping Method of High Pressure Steam Drafter in the Production of PAN Precursor

摘要(Abstract):

根据文丘里效应,提出了一种在碳纤维原丝生产中保持高压水蒸汽拉伸机内压力稳定的方法。设想该方法的实施可以做到主动保压,彻底杜绝进出口向外喷射蒸汽问题。
According to Venturi effect,a method to keep the pressure inside of high pressure steam drafter stable in the production of PAN precursor was presented.Implementation of the method,the pressure was kept initiatively and steam spraying from inlet and outlet was stopped completely.
