摘要(Abstract)：

本文介绍了用三甘醇处理涤纶长丝纺丝熔体管路碳化的经验。首先比较了三甘醇法、锻烧法、更换法及焊接法等四种处理管路结焦碳化的优缺点,然后详细介绍了用三甘醇法处理涤纶熔体管路碳化的操作法及其安全措施。笔者认为此法为较经济、实用、可靠、行之有效的方法。
The cleaning of tarry matter in the melt feed lines for spinning of polyester filaments is introdu-ced in four different methods:that is the solvation, ignition, replacement and welding of tubings. The procedure of cleaning by triethylene glycol and its safty measures are described in detail, it is conc-luded that the solvent cleaning is the most economic, practical, reliable and effective way.
