摘要(Abstract):
介绍了腈纶生产水洗拉伸机组传动控制中以DCS500B调速装置取代原模拟调速装置的实现方法,重点分析了拉伸、拉伸辊、卷曲电机的同步控制和拉伸辊电机的张力控制方法。同时阐述了以Profibus现场总线组成的网络控制结构。通过现场运行表明,该系统不但具有可靠性高、操作简单、控制精度高等特点,而且大大增强了系统的可维护性。
s: This article describes the process of acrylic fiber wash-draw machines. It presents the method which replace analog regulator with DCS500B DC converters. It pays emphases on the synchronization control of wash-draw and tension control of crimper machine. Furthermore , it describes the construction of networks controller based on profibus. The field running result showes that the system is not only characterized by high reliability, operating simply and high accuracy of speed, but also enhanced its convenient maintenance.
