化纤生产中循环水系统的节能改造

摘要(Abstract):

传统循环水系统都是能耗较大,生产成本、运行费用较高,不利于产品的市场竞争。选用当前最先进的高效节能水泵、专利产品水动风机冷却塔及变频控制系统等新型节能设备对原低产、高耗系统进行改造,替换了原有系统的陈旧设备,变动部分管线,对循环水系统进行工艺优化,在保证系统中循环水的流量和扬程不变的情况下,换热设备的冷却效果和稳定性比原有设备提高许多,系统用电量只有原系统的60%左右。运行实践表明,经过改造后,节能降耗效果明显。
Traditional recirculating water system has the disadvantages of high energy consumption,high operation cost,and is leads the company to a worse position in the market competition.The high efficient and energy saving pump,return water driven cooling tower fan,inverter control system and other new energy saving equipments are applied to reform the current system,by changing the old equipment and partial pipe line.The efficiency of the heat exchanging equipment has improved a lot and electricity consumption is only 60 % of the old system,while the flow and head of the recirculating water are not changed.The effect of energy saving of the new system is obviously.
