成型针织法踇外翻矫形趾套的设计与研究Design and Research of Molding Knitting Method for Hallux Valgus Orthopaedic Toe Sleeve

摘要(Abstract):
根据足部解剖学和运动生物力学理论,利用HQ-PDS16制版软件设计踇外翻矫形趾套的结构与尺寸,在电脑横机上采用成型针织技术制备出踇外翻矫形趾套基体,采用复合水凝胶作为填充材料,制备了踇外翻矫形趾套。结果表明:当高岭土和去离子水质量比为1:15时,制备的复合水凝胶的力学性能最优;佩戴该矫形趾套后,患者的踇外翻角从28°降为13°。
According to the foot anatomy and biomechanical theory, the structure and size of hallux valgus orthopedic toe sleeve were designed by HQ-PDS16 software. The matrix of hallux valgus orthopedic toe sleeve was prepared by molding knitting technique on computer flat machine. The composite hydrogel was used as filling material, and the hallux valgus orthopedic toe sleeve was prepared. The results showed that when the mass ratio of kaolin to deionized water was 1∶15, the mechanical properties of the composite hydrogel were the best. After wearing this orthopedic toe sleeve, the hallux valgus angle of patients decreased from 28° to 13°.
