摘要(Abstract):

介绍了聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维及其针刺布的生产流程,对影响PPS针刺布质量的因素进行分析后指出,优良的PPS短纤维是确保后加工顺利进行和针刺布质量的根本,选用熔融指数适中的PPS切片,PPS切片干燥过程中增加氮气保护,PPS短纤维具有适当的含油率和卷曲度是制取高质量PPS纤维及PPS针刺布的关键。
The production process of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) fiber and its needled nonwovens were introduced. It was pointed out that good quality of PPS staple fiber was the base of post processing by analyzingthe influences on the quality of the PPS needled nonwovens. When suitable melt flow index PPS chips wereselected, N2 protection was used when PPS chips were dried, and the PPS staple fibers had appropriate oilcontent and crimpness, the high quality PPS staple fiber and PPS needled nonwovens should be obtained.
