变频器过热跳闸的分析及预防

摘要(Abstract):

在工业企业的生产流水线中,变频器往往使用在重要的生产场所,特别是大功率变频器,作为关键设备的传动,一旦发生跳闸,将会对生产造成重大影响,甚至造成整条生产线的跳停。在跳闸原因中,变频器过热是其中的一个。主要探讨了降低变频器温度的方法,并在过热跳闸时提前预警,提醒生产人员采取应急措施,从而防止变频器过热跳闸,保证生产连续安全地运行。
In the production line of industrial enterprises, the inverter is often used in important production places, especially the high-power inverter, as the drive of key equipment, once a trip occurs, it will have a significant impact on production, even cause the whole production line to trip. Among the trip reasons, overheat is one of them. The methods of reducing the temperature of inverter, and giving an early warning before overheating trips are discussed in order to remind the production personnel to take emergency measures,prevent the inverter from overheating trips and ensure the continuous and safe operation of production.
