化纤长丝干热收缩率试验方法的研究

摘要(Abstract):

干热收缩率是化纤长丝重要品质指标之一,在世界范围内一直缺乏统一方法。为了适应全世界化学纤维高速发展的需要,从试样的制备、预张力的影响、干热处理温度、热处理时试样放置方式、热处理后试样平衡时间几个方面进行了研究。结果表明:绞丝试样制备线密度的设定值可取2 500 dtex、10 000 dtex,按照≤400 dtex、401~3 000 dtex进行分档;锦纶6长丝宜选择170℃热处理,长丝试样宜垂直悬挂在试样架上,干热处理后平衡时间2~3 h比较合适。
Shrinkage rate of chemical fiber filament in dry-hot air is one of the important indexes, unifiedmethod has been lacking in the world. In order to meet the needs of the world's chemical fiber high speeddevelopment, the sample preparation, pre- tension and dry heat temperature, sample placement, balancetime are studied. Results showed: linear density value of the skein specimen can be set at 2 500 dtex,10 000 dtex, classified according to ≤ 400 and 401 dtex ~ 3 000 dtex, 170 ℃ is appropriate to polyamide 6filament, filament specimens should be vertically hanged in the sample frame,(2 ~ 3) hours equilibriumtime after dry heat treatment is suitable.
