摘要(Abstract)：
"机器换人"是荣盛石化股份有限公司在化纤生产中的一次设备革新,也是将传统生产逐步过渡到智能化生产的一次大胆尝试。介绍了从德国引进的高端工业自动化落丝包装一体化设备,通过全自动机器人的运用,实现从落丝—输送—检测—中间立体仓储—包装等全自动一体化功能,帮助企业提高了自动化程度,节省了人工成本,提高了生产效益。
"Machine replacement" is an equipment innovation in the chemical fiber production of Rongsheng Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and a bold attempt to gradually transition traditional production to intelligent production. The high-end industrial automatic wire-dropping packaging integration equipment from Germany was introduced. Through the application of automatic robot to realize the automatic integration functions of wire-dropping, conveying-testing, middle-dimensional storage-packaging, and so on, which helps enterprises to improve degree of automation, save labor costs, and improve production efficiency.
