压力曲筛原理及在锦纶-6切片生产中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了压力曲筛的结构、原理、性能及在锦纶-6切片生产中的使用状况,说明压力曲筛在切片脱水工序中发挥的作用。使用了压力曲筛后,脱水机运行负荷降低,省电,使用寿命延长,维修费用下降,切片表面含水量降低。
This paper describes the structure,principles,performance of the pressure curved sieve and the application during polyamide-6 chip production.It is explained that pressure curved sieve plays a role in chip dehydration process,after using a pressure curved sieve,the operation load of dehydrated machine is reduced,life is longer,maintenance fee is down and water contents of chip surface is decreased.
