摘要(Abstract)：

以涤纶167 dtex/96 f全拉伸丝(FDY)为例,针对FDY的毛丝问题进行探讨。通过聚合及纺丝拉伸工艺的调整和分析,采用减少聚合阶段乙二醇的回用量,增加油剂浓度,适当降低拉伸温度,提高冷却风速度,保证合理的拉伸倍数等手段,最终解决了毛丝问题。
Taking 167 dtex/96 f polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY) as an example,the problem of fuzz of FDY was discussed.Through regulating parameters of polymerization and spinning and reducing EG reusing content in the polymerization stage,the problem of fuzz of FDY was overcome.
