牛奶纤维拉伸性能建模的研究

摘要(Abstract):

对牛奶纤维的力学性能进行了测试,利用四元件非线性粘弹模型对其应力应变关系进行了分析和模拟计算。结果表明:理论和实测结果符合得很好,该模型可用于预测牛奶纤维的拉伸性能。
In this paper, the mechanical properties of casein protein fiber are m easured with electrical tensile tester. The data of the experiments is analyzed. At the same time, the tensile curve of the fiber is fitted based on a nonlinear viscoelastic model, and the theoretical calculations conform the experimental r esult very well. This model is useful for forecasting mechanical properties of f ibres.
