膜裂切割法聚四氟乙烯纤维的制备及其力学性能Preparation and Performance of PTFE by Film Splitting-Cutting

摘要(Abstract):
以不同聚四氟乙烯分散树脂为原料,通过混料、熟化、预成型、压延、双向拉伸及膜裂切割等工艺,制备了高性能聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)纤维。试验结果表明:树脂原料的优劣、热处理温度及拉伸工艺是影响PTFE纤维力学性能的主要因素,PTFE纤维的拉伸倍数应该控制在32~49之间,最佳的拉伸温度在240~320℃之间。
High-performance polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) fiber was fabricated from different PTFE fine powder by a series of mechanical operations such as material mixing,curing,pre-forming,rolling,biaxial stretching,spliting and cutting.The results showed that the resin material,heat treatment process and drawing process were the major process affecting the performance of PTFE fibers.The stretching ratio should be controlled between 32~49 times and the best stretching temperature was 240~320℃during the course of PTPF production.
