原液着色特黑纺丝母粒的试制Preparation of Concentrate Coloring Masterbatch in Extra Black Shade

摘要(Abstract)：
选用石墨、碳纳米管作为着色剂,利用原液着色技术制备了纺丝用的特黑色母粒。通过对着色剂及分散剂种类、用量及复配工艺的研究,探讨了母粒的最佳制备工艺。制备的母粒性能良好、适合纺丝,且达到了特黑色的效果。该技术解决了纤维染黑色不深和染色牢度差的问题,实现了色彩与环保的高度融合,节约了生产成本。
The special black masterbatch for spinning was prepared by dope dyeing method with the colorants including the graphite and CNTs. The best preparation technology of masterbatch was discussed by studying the kinds, dosage and compounding technology of colorants and dispersants. The masterbatch has good properties including the extra black shade and spinnability. The technology solves the problem of the poor blackness and colour fastness, realizes the fusion of environmental protection and the deep color, and reduces the production cost.
