钛系复合催化剂合成聚酯的性能和纺丝试验研究
Study on the Properties of Polyester Prepared by Titanium Complex Catalyst and its Spinning Test

摘要(Abstract):

采用自制的钛系复合催化剂合成了聚酯切片。以锑系催化剂为比照,测试了切片的常规指标、DSC热分析曲线、热稳定性和相对分子质量及其分布,并且介绍了用钛系复合催化剂切片进行6000t/a工业化POY纺丝试验的情况。结果表明:钛系复合催化剂合成的聚酯切片各项性能指标良好,可纺性好,成功地通过POY工业化纺丝试验,并且提高了满卷率、成品率以及成品丝的质量。
The polyester chips were prepared by se lf-made titanium complex catalyst, and the properties were determinated. The ind ustial test of POY spinning in the 6 kt/a line was introduced. The results showe d that the properties of polyester common index, DSC curve, thermal stability, d istribution of molecular weight and spinnability were better than that of antimo nous catalyst, and that the test of POY spinning was improved in fully winding r atio, production ratio and fiber quality.
