摘要(Abstract):
研究了聚丙烯腈/二甲基亚砜/水三元混合纺丝原液在不同的含水量和温度下的流变性能,获得了表观黏度、非牛顿指数和结构黏度指数对于含水量和温度的依赖关系。该溶液是一种切力变稀的非牛顿流体。在所有的体系中,非牛顿区域随着含水量增加和温度降低而增大。随着含水量的增加,溶液表观黏度和结构黏度指数增加,非牛顿指数下降且小于1。原液的流动性和可纺性随温度增加而提高。
The rheological property of polyacrylonitrile/DMSO/H2O ternary solutions was investigated at dif-ferent water contents and temperatures.Apparent viscosity,non-Newtonian index and structural viscosity index were obtained as a function of nonsolvent contents and temperatures.The solutions exhibited a shear thinning non-Newtonian fluid.In all systems an increase in non-Newtonian region could be observerd with the increasing of water concentration and decreasing temperature.With the increasing of the water con-tents,apparent viscosity and structural viscosity index increased,whereas non-Newtonian index decreased and less than 1.When the temperature went up,the liquidity and spinnability of the solution also in-creased.
