涤纶“雀屏丝”生产工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

对熔体直纺涤纶"雀屏丝"生产工艺进行了系统研究。研究结果表明:采取在热辊圆柱面轴向均匀开6条宽10 mm、深0.5 mm的凹槽,使丝束在热辊表面受热后,纤维呈现周期性的粗细节分布;热拉伸过程中关闭GR1B热辊及采用葫芦形网络器等关键工艺技术,可使FDY丝束呈现规则稳定的竹节性能,最终获得优质的涤纶"雀屏丝"。
The production process of "bird screen yarn" prepared by polyester melt direct-spinning was ana-lyzed. The results show that 6 grooves with width 10 mm and depth 0.5 mm are uniformly opened on the cy-lindrical surface of the hot roller in order to cause the yarn present periodic coarse distribution on the sur-face of the hot roller. The GR1 B hot roller is closed and the gourd-shaped network device and other keytechnology are applied to make FDY tow show regular and stable bamboo performance, thus the high grade "bird screen yarn" can be produced.
