利用正交实验探索83 dtex/72 f十字截面高弹纱假捻工艺

摘要(Abstract):

以132.2 dtex/72 f POY为原料,在33H型加弹机上生产83 dtex/72 f十字截面高弹DTY,利用正交实验讨论了DTY的生产工艺。结果表明:选择加工速度650m/min,第一热箱温度225℃,第二热箱温度150℃,拉伸倍数1.68,假捻器夹角115°,网络压力0.15MPa,生产的DTY卷缩率可达42.4%,其它物性指标良好。
Using 132.2 dtex/72 f cross section POY as raw material,83 dtex/72 f high shrinkage PET DTY was prepared on a 33H texturing machine.The production process was discussed by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the good performance DTY can be obtained under the conditions as followed:process speed 650 m/min,the first heater temperature 225 ℃,the second heater temperature 150 ℃,draw ratio 1.68,network pressure 0.15 MPa,twister angle 115°,the shrinkage can be increased to 42.4 %.
