聚丙烯基双波长荧光防伪纤维的耐高温性分析

摘要(Abstract):

对聚丙烯基紫外/红外双波长荧光防伪纤维进行高温处理,研究了处理温度及处理时间对双波长荧光纤维的表面形态、结晶性能、荧光性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经高温处理后,双波长荧光防伪纤维的表面形貌无显著变化;在120℃高温下对双波长荧光纤维处理≤48 h时,纤维的结晶度随处理时间的延长而逐渐增大;而当处理时间达到72 h时,纤维结晶度略有减小;随高温处理时间的延长或随处理温度的升高,双波长荧光纤维的荧光强度总体上呈现出不断下降之势;高温处理后荧光纤维力学性能有所下降,但会随着时间的延长而趋于稳定。
PP-based UV/IR dual-wavelength fluorescent anti-counterfeiting(DWFA) fibers were treatedunder high temperature, and the effects of processing temperature and processing time on the surface mor-phology, crystalline properties, fluorescent properties and mechanical properties of DWFA fibers were inves-tigated, respectively. The results showed that the surface morphology of DWFA fibers did not change signifi-cantly after high temperature treatment. The crystallinity of DWFA fibers increased with the processingtime when it was ≤48 h, while the crystallinity of fiber decreased slightly when the processing time wasreached to 72 h. With the increase of the processing time or the processing temperature, the fluorescence in-tensity of the DWFA fibers showed a decreasing trend. After high temperature treatment, the mechanicalproperties of DWFA fibers decreased slightly and tended to be stable with the increase of processing time.
