废旧涤棉再生纤维素膜的制备及其结构与性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

以废旧涤棉牛仔布为原料,采用离子液体实现了涤棉中棉纤维的分离溶解一体化,成功制备了透明再生纤维素膜,并进一步探究了不同凝固浴(水和乙醇)对其结构与性能的影响。试验结果表明:离子液体溶剂法实现了涤棉的清洁高效分离,溶解再生后的纤维素发生了晶型转变,凝固浴种类显著影响再生纤维素膜的结构和性能,再生纤维素膜的拉伸强度远高于常用的聚乙烯密封袋的强度,有望应用于包装领域。该工作实现了低成本废旧涤棉混纺织品的清洁高效分离和高值化利用,具有广阔的应用前景。
Using waste polyester-cotton blended textiles as raw material, using ionic liquid, the integration of separation and dissolution of cotton fibers in polyester-cotton was realized, the transparent regenerated cellulose film was prepared successfully, and the influence of different coagulation baths(water and ethanol)on the structure and performance of the regenerated cellulose film was further explored. The test results show that the ionic liquid solvent method has realized the clean and efficient separation of polyester and cotton, the cellulose after dissolution and regeneration has undergone a crystal transformation, the type of coagulation bath significantly affects the structure and performance of the regenerated cellulose film, and the strength of the regenerated cellulose film is much higher than that of the commonly used polyethylene ziplock bag, and it is expected to be used in the packaging field. The work has realized the clean and efficient separation and high-value utilization of low-cost waste polyester-cotton blended textiles, and has broad application prospects.
