芳砜纶短纤维耐热性油剂的分析

摘要(Abstract):

芳砜纶因其具有耐高温的特性,作为一种新型材料,在防护、过滤、绝缘等产业用纺织品中具有非常广阔的前景,选择一种既能配合芳砜纶的耐高温性能,又能有效提高芳砜纶可纺性的油剂是一项重要而又紧迫的任务。通过对SV-1、SV-2、SV-3、SV-4四种油剂进行耐高温性能测试,并对芳砜纶经四种油剂处理前后的可加工性的变化进行实验研究。结果表明:SV-4型油剂的耐高温性较好,在250℃的高温环境中不发生燃烧;采用该油剂的纤维含油率达到0.3%时,可使纤维比电阻从原先的10~(14)Ω·cm降低到10~7Ω·cm,有效改善芳砜纶在后加工过程中的可加工性。
Owing to the excellent performance of high temperature,polysulfonamide(PSA) fiber as a kind of new material,is widely used in the field of technical textiles industry such as protection,fitration, insulation and so on.This paper focused on finding a more suitable finish for PSA fiber according to some comparative experiments.The spinning experiments were made with SV-1,SV-2,SV-3,SV-4 four kinds of finish.The results showed that SV-4 finish had good temperature resistance and antistatic property and improved the spinnability of PSA.The fiber with the finish had not burning at the temperature of 250℃. And when the finish concentration of PSA fiber was 0.3%,the specific resistance of the fiber decreased to 10~7Ω·cm from 10~(14)Ω·cm.
