碳纳米管/聚酯抗静电纤维的制备和性能Preparation and Propeties of Antistatic Carbon Nanotube/PET Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
采用聚醚酯作为载体,将处理过的碳纳米管(CNT)充分分散在其中,制成抗静电母粒。在抗静电母粒中,CNT含量为1.0‰时,其体积比电阻可稳定在1010Ω·cm。将该抗静电母粒与聚酯(PET)切片共混纺丝,可制得抗静电聚酯纤维。对纤维的结构和性能作了初步的分析,结果表明:该抗静电涤纶可纺性好,抗静电性、力学性能及耐水洗性优良。
In this paper,conducting agent prepared by dispersing the carbon nanotube(CNT) into the polyether-ester was used as carrier.Then it blended with PET to melt spinning.The fiber with antistatic property was obtained.When the content of CNT was 1.0 ‰,the specific resistivity of the fibers was 1010 Ω·cm.The antistatic PET fiber had good spinning property,excellent mechanical and washing fastness property.The structure and property of the fiber were preliminarily studied.
