降低POY原丝消耗的方法探讨Discussion on the Method of Reducing POY Consumption

摘要(Abstract)：
通过多年的实践经验,找出一套降低POY原丝消耗的方法。尤其是通过新型收尾、铺丝方法和倒丝机的使用,不但对降低POY原丝消耗起到了很好的效果,而且节省了DTY筒管,并增加了POY筒管的回收使用率。
Low consumption of POY is reached through many years' practice. By using the new way of tail yarn, spreading yarns and winding machine, it is not only reducing consumption of POY, but also saving DTY tubes and improving reuse of POY tubes.
