多针静电纺丝高效制备防雾霾空调滤网的工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

基于多针梯形单元阵列静电纺丝喷头和射流喷射稳定生产纳米纤维膜工艺,首先分析了纳米纤维滤膜的过滤基础原理,随后设计了一款用于高效制备纳米纤维滤膜的多针静电纺丝设备,并基于所设计的设备,研究了不同生产速率、不同基材的空气过滤膜性能变化规律。结果表明:用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)改性的质量分数为18%的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)溶液即使在30%的相对湿度下纺丝,沉积纤维也无串珠结构,纤维均匀性较好;添加了硝酸银的PVDF纤维膜的抗菌性能良好,适合空调滤膜的抗菌杀菌需求;降低湿度、升高电压、增加涤纶网材料目数,以及降低生产速率都能使过滤效率升高。
Based on multi-needle trapezoidal unit array electrostatic spinning nozzle and the technology of the stable procession of produce nano-fiber membrane by jetting, firstly, the basic principle of nanofiltration membrane was analyzed, and then a multi-needle electrostatic spinning device was designed for the efficient preparation of nanofiber filter membrane. Finally, based on the designed device, the performance changes of air filter membrane with different production rates and different substrates were studied. The results showed that the PVP modified 18%PVDF solution spun at 30% humidity, the deposited fiber had no bead-like structure, and the fiber had good uniformity. The PVDF fiber membrane with silver nitrate added had good antibacterial properties, which was suitable for the antibacterial and bactericidal requirements of the air conditioning filter membrane. The filtration efficiency could be increased by reducing humidity, increasing voltage, increasing mesh size of polyester mesh and decreasing production rate.
