超高速法生产高取向丝工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

研究了高取向丝HOY纺丝工艺特点,探讨了影响纺丝的主要工艺参数,并对纤维的成形机理与超分子结构进行了研究。结果表明:聚酯切片的质量、切片的干燥工艺、纺丝温度、缓冷器的温度、纺速、总纤度与单丝纤度等工艺对超高速纺丝的可纺性、纤维物理机械性能、超分子结构有较大影响。
In the paper, characteristics of HOY spinning process was studied, the effect of primary processing parameters on spinning was discussed, and the mechanism of fibers formation and super-molecule structure were researched. The results indicated that the quality of PET chips and the processes of drying, temperature of spinning and hot zone, speed of spinning, total denier and dpf etc, had bigger influence on the spinnability, mechanical property and super-molecule structure.
