多异形有色毛型聚酯复合变形丝的生产工艺Production Technology of Multi-Shaped Colored Wool-Type Polyester Composite Textured Yarn

摘要(Abstract):
采用全拉伸丝(FDY)与拉伸变形丝(DTY)复合的工艺路线,生产出一种以圆孔异孔径FDY为芯丝、五叶形细旦DTY为皮丝的异形截面、异纤度的多异形有色毛型卷曲聚酯变形丝(复合DTY)。详细论述了圆孔异孔径FDY、五叶形有色预取向丝(POY)及复合DTY的工艺流程和主要工艺参数。最终,复合DTY的规格为285 dtex/122 f。该复合DTY的物理指标优良,异形度良好,满足高端市场的需求。
Using the composite process route of fully drawn yarn(FDY) and drawn textured yarn(DTY), a kind of multi-shaped colored wool-type crimped polyester textured yarn(composite DTY) with different cross-section and different fineness is produced with circular hole and different pore diameter FDY as the core yarn and five-leaf shape fine denier DTY as the skin yarn. The technological process and main technological parameters of circular hole and different pore diameter FDY, five-leaf shape colored pre-oriented yarn(POY) and composite DTY are discussed in detail. Finally, the composite DTY specification is 285 dtex/122 f. The composite DTY has excellent physical indicators and good shape factor, which meets the needs of the high-end market.
