摘要(Abstract):
以军绿色色母粒与聚酯切片为原料,制备了原液着色涤纶拉伸变形丝(DTY),探讨了加弹工艺对原液着色涤纶DTY颜色变化的影响。结果表明:在试验范围内,十字截面纤维的明度值、饱和度、色调角均大于六叶与三叶截面纤维的相应值;第一热箱温度对颜色变化不明显,随着D/Y比与拉伸倍数的增大,纤维的明度值有增加趋势,颜色变浅;而随着网络压力的增大,纤维的明度值和饱和度均下降,纤维颜色变深。
Dope dyed PET DTY was prepared by using army green masterbatch and polyester chips as the raw materials, and the influence of draw texturing process on the color of dope dyed DTY was discussed.The results demonstrated that the lightness, saturation and hue of the cross-shaped fiber were all greater than the corresponding values of hexagonal and trigonal fibers in the study. With the increase of D/Y ratio and draft ratio, the lightness of the fiber tended to increase and the color became lighter. However, with the increase of network pressure, the lightness and saturation of the fiber decreased and the color became darker.
