腈纶生产现场陶瓷罗拉腐蚀现象研究

摘要(Abstract):

利用傅里叶红外光谱、能谱、等离子发射光谱、液相色谱及元素分析仪等多种手段,深入分析了腈纶生产现场陶瓷罗拉的腐蚀现象,并探析了腐蚀产生的原因。通过定性、定量分析得出:陶瓷罗拉腐蚀的原因主要是罗拉表面孔洞多,封孔材料耐热性、耐腐蚀性差。
The ceramic roller erosion phenomenon and its causes at polyacrylic fiber production site were investigated deeply by fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FTIR),energy dispersion spectrometer,plasma emission spectrum,liquid phase chromatography and elemental analyzer.The qualitative and quantitative analysis showed that ceramic roller erosion was due to the more holes on roller surface and poor heat-resistance and erosion resistance of sealing material.
