摘要(Abstract):
探讨了影响82.5 dtex/36 f扁平涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)染色M率的因素。通过试验得出:关闭缓冷器,无风区高度加高为80 mm,风筒高度增大为400 mm,纺丝风压65 Pa,预网络气压0.05 MPa,油剂质量分数19%时,纤维染色M率最高。
Factors that affected the dyeing M rate(evenness dyeing indicator) of 82.5 dtex/36 f polyester flatFDY were analyzed. The results show that when closing the annealing device, height of windless region is80 mm, height of fan drum is 400 mm, spinning pressure is 65 Pa, pre-interlaced air pressure is 0.05 MPa,oil concentration is 19%, the dyeing M rate of 82.5 dtex/36 f polyester flat FDY can get the highest value.
