摘要(Abstract):
对超高相对分子量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)冻胶纤维进行萃取、干燥是改善其拉伸性能的主要技术关键。探索并确定了冻胶纤维的最佳萃取和干燥工艺 ,包括最佳萃取时间、最佳萃取浴比、干燥温度和干燥时间等。
The extracting and drying of UHMWPE gel-spun fiber is the key to improve its drawability. The optimum extracting and drying technology of the UHMWPE gel fiber including the optimum extracting time,extracting bath ratio, drying temperature and drying time were studied and determined.
