己二腈的电合成法进展

摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 丙烯是石油化工的重要产品之一,由丙烯制造己二腈过去一贯采用化学合成法。虽然在1940就有人提出采用电化学法合成,由丙烯的衍生物——丙烯腈经电解还原偶合而得己二腈,但是直到1963年M.M.BaiZer发明支持电解质,如四乙铵、对甲苯磺酸盐等,并用Pb或Hg作阴极进行电解,才达到工业化的目的。同时,孟山都公司采用该技术分别在Decatur和Atabama建立己二腈电化厂。
