聚酯装置停产检修及改造、开停车优化控制探讨Research on PET Line Maintenance or Modification and its Optimization of Control

摘要(Abstract)：
连续性生产的聚酯装置全线停产是非常难得的,它是进行全面检修和消除隐患的绝佳机会。重点分析了如何有效把握利用、减少开停车过程的损失,并列举了相关事例。通过强化各关键部分的管理,实现了聚酯装置的优化控制。
It is very little for a continuous polyester production line to be shu t down. And the shut-down time is a good chance to do maintenance and remove it s possible defaults. This article focuses on how to make full use of the shut-do wn time and reduce the loss caused by shut-down and start-up. Some specific exam ples are presented. By enhancing the management of key parts, optimization of co ntrol is realized.
