摘要(Abstract)：
通过对尼龙66一步法纺丝生产工艺的控制,如纺丝箱温度、纺丝组件、侧吹风、上油装置及上油率的优化选择,探索出最佳的纺丝工艺,提高了尼龙66低旦丝的染色均匀性。
By controlling one-step spinning process of PA66 filament and selecting optimum spinbeam temperature,spin pack,cross air blow,spin finish application unit and oiling rate,the dyeing uniformity of low denier PA66 filament was improved.
