影响干法氨纶中残留溶剂含量的因素Influencing Factors of Residual Solvent Content in Dry Spinning Spandex Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
考察了甬道温度、原液质量分数、纺丝速度、单丝纤度、喷丝孔形状等对氨纶丝残留溶剂含量的影响。结果表明:在甬道长度恒定的情况下,甬道温度的增加、纺丝速度的降低以及单丝纤度的减少都有利于降低氨纶丝中残留溶剂的含量;原液质量分数对残留溶剂含量的影响则比较复杂,原液质量分数<35%时,残留溶剂含量随原液质量分数的升高而降低,而原液质量分数>35%时,残留溶剂的含量随浓度的升高而升高;另外,选择合适形状的喷丝板也有利于降低残留溶剂的含量。
The influencing factors of residual solvent in polyurethane elastic fiber were studied in this paperincluding spinning shaft temperature,dope concentration,spinning speed,filament density,and the shapeof spinneret.The results showed that the content of residual solvent in Spandex would be reduced with theincreasing of spinning shaft temperature and the reducing of the spinning speed or the filament density.Theeffect of dope concentration was somewhat complicated,when dope concentration<35%,the content of re-sidual solvent in Spandex would be reduced with the dope concentration increasing,while dope concentra-tion>35%,the content of residual solvent would be increased with the dope concentration increasing.In ad-ditional,proper spinneret shape would also be helpful to reduce the content of residual solvent in Spandex.
