SEBS/碳纳米管复合纤维的制备及其应变响应行为

摘要(Abstract):

纤维应变传感器因具有良好的柔韧性和延展性而受到广泛关注,但在较小应变领域如何保证应变范围与灵敏度之间的平稳仍具有一定的挑战性。利用湿法纺丝与表面涂覆相结合的方法,制备了系列具有应变响应功能的苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)/碳纳米管(CNT)复合纤维,通过场发射扫描电镜观察了纤维截面与内部的微观形貌结构,并通过联用万能试验机与数字万用表研究了复合纤维的应变响应灵敏度、响应速度、稳定性等性能。研究表明,该复合纤维的应变响应范围为20%~80%,应变响应灵敏因数高达634,响应时间快,且具有良好的应变响应稳定性,使其在小应变传感领域具有潜在应用。
Fiber-shaped strain sensors have attracted wide attention due to their good flexibility and stretchability, however, it is still a challenge to maintain the balance between strain range and sensitivity in a small strain field. In this paper, a series of SEBS/CNT composite fibers with strain response were prepared by wet spinning and surface coating. The cross section and internal microstructure of the fibers were observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy. The strain response sensitivity, response speed and stability of composite fibers were studied by using universal testing machine and digital multimeter. The results show that the strain response range of the composite fiber is 20%~80%, the gage factor is up to 634,the response time is fast, and the composite fiber has good strain response stability, which makes it a potential application in the field of small strain sensing.
